You can check the status of your withdrawal by doing the following:
Make sure you unlocked your account with the email confirmation we sent you. Users with two-factor authentication do not receive email confirmations to unlock the account.
On the Desktop Website
Login to your account.
Go to History using the main menu.
The withdrawal should appear in your Transactions History along with a status of "TAKEN", "RECEIVED" or "CONFIRMED".
If "RECEIVED" you should receive your coins soon, depending on the network speed of the coin.
If “FAILED” appears in your "Transaction History" or the withdrawal has not been "RECEIVED" and "CONFIRMED" within 60 minutes, please open a support ticket at HolyTransaction Support.
On the Mobile Website:
Login to your account.
Access the main menu using the icon in the upper left of the screen and choose "History"
Select History at the top of the screen.
The "Withdrawal" should appear in your "Transaction History" along with a status of "RECEIVED" or "CONFIRMED".
If "CONFIRMED" you should receive your coins soon, depending on the network speed of the coin.
If “FAILED” appears in your withdrawal history, or the withdrawal has not completed within 30 minutes, please open a support ticket at HolyTransaction Support.
Most cryptocurrencies have a block explorer where completed transactions can be viewed by entering the txid or txhash. If your transaction is not appearing in the block explorer, please file a support ticket at HolyTransaction Support.
