This "TAKEN" status means the transaction most likely hasn't left HolyTransaction yet. Your withdrawal will be executed within 24h, it is usually much faster but in case your withdrawal has been in 'taken' status for over 24h, please create a support ticket and set the ticket subject as "Withdrawal Issue". Copy and paste the failed withdrawal from your withdrawal history page into the ticket body and a support agent will check the withdrawal for you as soon as possible.
