How to verify your account / KYC (Know Your Customer)

Thank you for being a valued member of HolyTransaction. In order to improve the quality and security of the services we offer on our platform, and to comply with current legislation and our Terms of Service, we need to ask you to complete the KYC procedure.

1. Please download and complete the Personal Account form (https://holytransaction.com/resources/KYC_Personal_accounts_HT.pdf) and send it together with the required documents below (in ".PNG", ".JPEG" or ".PDF" format and no more than 1 MB for each file) to compliance[@]holytransaction[dot]com or via a new support ticket.
 

2. Attach a copy of your valid ID:

  -  Acceptable identification documents are: Passport, National ID Card, Driver's License.

  - The identification document cannot be expired or damaged. In these cases they will not be accepted.

  - The copy must be perfectly legible.

  - In case of national ID card, you have to send both sides of the ID card.

3. We will also need a selfie of you holding the ID and a paper with "HolyTransaction", your signature and the actual date written on it. Make sure the image has a good quality, and the information is readable.

 Here are some guidelines to help you take a perfect valid image:

  - The paper must have "HolyTransaction", your signature and today's date (both handwritten). In the attachment you'll find an illustrative example.

  - All text on both the ID and the paper must be legible and free of blur, glare, or obstruction

  - Your face, shoulders, and arms must be visible

  - The paper and the ID must both be visibly held in your hands in the image, they can not be attached to each other or any other surface.

  - All text must be read from left to right, the image cannot be mirrored or flipped in any way.

4. A proof of residence address (not older than 3 months):

  - We consider as a valid proof of residence address:

    . Water Bill;

    . Telephone Bill of Fixed line;

    . Electricity Bill;

    . Certificate of residency from your local government;

    . Credit Card Statement;

    . Income Tax Assessment Order;

    . Notarized Sale/lease Agreement of your place of residency;

    . In case your driving license states your place of residency, it would be acceptable as well;

    . Bank statement;

  - Your name must be visible on the document.

  - The document must be readable in all it's elements or fields, free of blur or glare.

  - Expired or deteriored copies of the document will not be accepted.
