I did not receive my Ethereum ERC20 tokens

Our Ethereum wallets do not support most ERC20 tokens yet, we are working on adding more eventually, for now, we support the following:

• BLOCKv (VEE)
• Aragon (ANT)
• Power Ledger (POWR)
• AidCoin (AID)
• Enjincoin (ENJ)
• Essentia (ESS)
• Dai Stablecoin (DAI)
• Digixdao (DGD)
• Compound (COMP)
• Enigma (ENG)
• EOS (EOS)
• Funfair (FUN)
• Gamecredits (GAME)
• Chainlink (LINK)
• Decentraland (MANA)
• Maker (MKR)
• Paxos Standard (PAX)
• Ren (REN)
• Storj (STORJ)
• TrueUSD (TUSD)
• USDCoin (USDC)
• USD Tether (USDT)

If you send any other not supported ERC20 tokens to your Ethereum deposit address you will not be able to retrieve them.

In order to move those tokens our technical team has to do it manually. Therefore, we will only return the tokens to the users that fulfill the following requirements:

• Tokens whose total value exceed 500€.

To request a return, you have to email us at [e-mail] providing the following information:

• The new address where you want your tokens (make sure it supports them)
• The transaction ID.

We will keep the 10% of the tokens as a service fee. After you have sent the email, an agent will get in touch for any doubt you may have during the process.

Please, note that this type of request will only be available once per account. Make sure to avoid making the same mistake twice!
