It’s worth quickly checking your email’s spam folder in case it was accidentally put in there.
Here are some possible reasons:
- You marked a previous HolyTransaction email as spam;
- Your email provider sent a HolyTransaction email into a low priority queue therefore you didn’t receive it in your inbox;
- The email was delivered but it is in your spam or junk folder;
You must whitelist support@holytransaction.com in your email provider's inbox.
The best way to ensure email delivery is to add support@holytransaction.com to your contacts or safe senders list. This will whitelist the HolyTransaction mailing address, allowing all HolyTransaction emails to be delivered without question. But otherwise please email support@holytransaction.com and we’ll fix it.
