What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) / One Time Password (OTP)

Two-factor authentication (also known as 2FA or one time password) is a technology that provides security of your account.

If you have the 2FA activated, upon doing a withdrawal you will have to introduce the code. By enabling 2FA, only with the GA code you will be able to do withdrawals.

We strongly suggest to use the Two-Factor Authentication in order to make your account more secure, as it adds a layer of security only accessible from your phone.

We also suggest to use unique passwords for your email and your HolyTransaction account. To be extra cautious, you should always access your account from the same device and ensure your computer is free of malicious software.

Two-Factor Authentication will reduce your risk of exposure even if your password is stolen or your email account is compromised.
